Even with some staffing challenges we continue to maintain our sense of humor and engage with our community in positive ways. Here Corporal Philbrick uses "The Force" to direct traffic on Halloween night as hundreds of trick or treaters descended on the College Street area for some spooky fun. Corporal Mathews handed out glow necklaces and candy while bonding with the many tiny police officers we saw out and about.
